About

A patient capital firm, quietly built.

AriSky Holdings LLC is a privately held real estate investment company. We operate without outside capital, without a fixed return horizon, and without the pressure to exit.

Mission

Build and hold a portfolio of resilient businesses and assets.

Our mission is to build and hold a portfolio of durable, cash-generating single-family homes — measured in decades, not quarters. We pursue this through disciplined acquisition, careful ownership, and partnerships with sellers and small landlords who want patient capital instead of a fast exit.

We are a single-principal firm. Decisions are made by people accountable to the long-term outcome, not to short-term performance targets.

Philosophy

Five principles that guide our work.

  1. i.
    Patient capital.

We invest our own capital with no fixed horizon. Time is a tool we choose to use.

  2. ii.
    Owner-operator mindset.

We do not outsource what matters. We operate what we own and own what we operate.

  3. iii.
    Underwrite carefully.

Conservative assumptions, modest leverage, room for things to go wrong without breaking.

  4. iv.
    Quiet execution.

We work without publicity. Reputation is built through follow-through with the people we do business with.

  5. v.
    Compound, slowly.

We seek small advantages held over long periods. The math takes care of the rest.

Leadership

Founded and operated by Arian Svirsky.

AriSky Holdings was founded by Arian Svirsky — the company's name carries his. The firm is owner-operated, with all acquisition, capital allocation, and property decisions made directly by the principal.

We keep a deliberately small footprint. No salesforce, no syndicated funds, no roll-up ambitions. Our preference is straightforward: well-located single-family homes, bought at prices that work without leverage gymnastics, and held with care.

We believe most great long-term outcomes are produced by small teams of accountable people doing careful work over a long period of time.
