SMS Messaging Policy

This SMS Messaging Policy ("Policy") describes how AriSky Holdings LLC ("AriSky," "we," "us," or "our") sends and manages text messages (SMS/MMS) to individuals who provide their mobile phone number to us. By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive messages from AriSky Holdings LLC, you agree to the terms set forth in this Policy.

1. Program Name and Description

Program name: AriSky Holdings LLC Real Estate Notifications & Account Messaging.

Description: AriSky Holdings LLC operates an SMS messaging program to support communications with sellers, brokers, tenants, vendors, and individuals who have requested information from us about our real estate activity. Users who have provided their phone number and opted in may receive SMS messages related to:

  • Property inquiry follow-ups (responses to questions submitted through our website or other channels).
  • Showing and walkthrough confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling.
  • Offer status, closing milestones, and other transactional updates for active acquisitions or sales.
  • Tenant communications, including maintenance updates, lease reminders, and emergency notifications.
  • Account authentication and verification messages (e.g., one-time passcodes) when applicable.
  • Customer support follow-ups and responses to inquiries.

We do not send marketing or promotional SMS messages without separate, explicit consent.

2. How Users Opt In

Users opt in to receive SMS messages from AriSky Holdings LLC through one of the following means:

  • Submitting a contact form on ariskyholdings.com and checking the SMS consent box.
  • Providing a phone number to us during a property inquiry, showing, lease, or closing process and confirming, in writing or by reply, that they consent to receive SMS messages at that number.
  • Signing a lease, purchase agreement, or other written instrument that includes an SMS-consent provision.
  • Texting an enrollment keyword to a number we have published for that purpose.

Consent to receive SMS messages is never required as a condition of purchase, sale, lease, or tenancy. Users may opt out at any time, as described below.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies. Users may receive SMS messages on an as-needed basis based on their account activity, the inquiries they have submitted, and the services they have requested. We do not send a fixed number of messages per period.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. AriSky Holdings LLC does not charge for SMS messages; however, your mobile carrier may charge you fees for messages sent or received. Please consult your wireless plan for details.

5. Opt-Out Instructions (STOP)

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages from AriSky Holdings LLC at any time.

  • Reply STOP to any SMS message we send to immediately unsubscribe from the program.
  • After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging that you have been opted out, after which you will not receive further SMS messages unless you opt in again.

6. Help Instructions (HELP)

For help at any time:

  • Reply HELP to any SMS message we send. You will receive a reply with our contact information and instructions for managing your subscription.

7. Privacy of Mobile Information and Consent

No mobile information, including phone numbers and consent to receive SMS messages, will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors that support our SMS program (such as messaging service providers and customer support tooling) is permitted, and such subcontractors are obligated to use the information only to provide services to AriSky Holdings LLC and not for their own marketing purposes.

SMS opt-in data and consent records are not shared with any third party for any purpose other than operating the SMS program as described in this Policy.

8. Supported Carriers

Our SMS program is compatible with major U.S. wireless carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Eligibility

You must be 18 years or older to opt in to AriSky Holdings LLC SMS messages. By opting in, you confirm that you are the account holder of the mobile phone number provided, or that you have permission from the account holder to opt in on their behalf.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the SMS program after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
